1.    Practitioner’s Workshop

A 3+1 day workshop that gives in depth knowledge about the concept, formulation and implementation of Blue Ocean Strategy. This is a hands on workshop complete with case studies and business case simulation exercises. A highly interactive workshop that typically involves 25-30 participants from various industry backgrounds. This workshop is for anyone looking to get complete knowledge of Blue Ocean Strategy and thereafter experimenting with its application in their own businesses/organizations. For those interested in getting certified as Blue Ocean Strategy Practioner’s, it is advisable to go through this workshop before starting the certification process.

2.    Introductory Seminar

One day seminar introduces the concept of Blue Ocean Strategy. The focus is on concept clarification by introducing blue ocean case studies from different parts of the world. This seminar is typically organized for an audience of 50-100. Recommended for anyone who is alien to the concept and is looking to get basic knowledge.

3.    Executive Roundtable

Half day executive roundtable is organised typically for C Level executives who do not have the luxury of taking out much time from their schedules. Here, the focus is primarily on introducing the concept. It is a highly interactive session where the senior executives can discuss real time business issues.
